FREE SAMPLES

Radiance Spa offers free samples with each order placed.  The free samples will vary with each order. If there were specific product samples, you would like to receive, you can make this request with your order or email us at, customercare@theradiance-spa.com. 

A request for specific product samples that are shipped alone are limited to in-stock samples and ten individual samples, and will be subject to a $4 .95 shipping charge.

13. Radiance Spa does not assume responsibility or liability for use of any products sold on this website. 
14. Transfer of title of goods sold through Radiance Spa passes to the buyer upon package being accepted by the USPS carrier/location. Depending on your order value we suggest you insure your package, contact customercare@theradiance-spa.com to request this additional option which has additional charges assumed by the buyer.

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Free Shipping on Orders Over $39, U.S. orders only.

• All U.S. orders over $39 (after any discounts, coupons, reward points have been applied) ship FREE. 
• Any U.S. order of $39 or less (after any discounts, coupons, reward points, excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of $4.95. 
• Additional U.S. shipping options available, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail (additional charges apply).
• International orders can select either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, charges will apply.
• Orders received by 2 p.m. CT Monday through Friday are shipped the same day.  All other orders are shipped the following business day. Refer to our Holiday Shipping Calendar for dates that we do not ship or order by time may vary.

• All items purchased from Radiance Spa are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to USPS or other carrier requested by buyer.

Within the U.S. Illinois residents (credit card/PayPal billing address) are subject to sales tax, 6.25%.

All shipping services are not available in all areas.  When necessary, Radiance Spa reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All products are normally in stock. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available.

SALES TAX
Illinois (US only) sales tax is applicable when your credit card or PayPal billing address is located within the state of Illinois, you will be charged sales tax, 6.25%.

CLAIMS - DAMAGED PRODUCT
To file a claim requirements

TRANSFER OF TITLE OF GOODS SOLD THROUGH RADIANCE SPA PASSES TO THE BUYER UPON BEING ACCEPTED BY THE USPS CARRIER/LOCATION. OUR DOMESTIC US PACKAGES HAVE DELIVERY  CONFIRMATION  ON EACH PACKAGE, WE CAN SUPPLY YOU WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER AND INFORMATION UPON REQUEST.
IN ADDITION, USPS EXPRESS MAIL HAS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES, ONLY USPS EXPRESS MAIL PROVIDES DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.


To file for a loss, log onto www.usps.com and locate the appropriate form to file a claim with the USPS. Proof of mailing by Radiance Spa will be provided upon request for supporting information in order for the buyer to file a claim against the package carrier. 

Damages must be filed within 3 days of package being received. If your damage claim is over $100.00, proof of damage is required. Please obtain photos of the damage or have the package sent back for investigation. We strive to provide excellent service to our customer's, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with your order.

RETURN & CONCELLATION POLICY 

• If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase received date unless noted specifically on the individual product page.
• When returning the item(s), they must be at least 2/3 full, all parts, pieces, and printed materials must be in their original packaging accompanying your return.
• Please include the products along with a copy of your original order invoice and a brief reason for the return.
• Customers will be responsible for return shipment and will be charged a $5.00 Handling Fee, when it is not a manufacturing issue.
• There will be NO refunds issued after 30 days from purchase received date.
• Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced with an identical product at no expense to you. However, you MUST make these claims within 5 business days from receipt of products.
• Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
• All credit card purchases will be issued a refund to the credit card used or to PayPal account.
• Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive full credit, exception if a special item was ordered, then no credit will be issued.

COUPONS/SPECIALS 

From time to time we may offer a coupon or special promotion, the following

• Coupons are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Expired coupons are not valid.
• Your discount offer will appear prior to submitting payment information and will be based on your total purchase price before tax and delivery charges (if applicable).
• Coupons cannot be used again if you decide to cancel or return an order in which you have received a discount.
• Coupons are NOT valid on previous purchases.
• Radiance Spa reserves the right to refuse or deny promotional codes that were obtained from Internet sites, including, without limitation, bulletin boards, chat rooms, forums, third party coupon sites, or other Internet sites, unless authorized by Radiance Spa. Radiance Spa also reserves the right to reject orders with a promotional code that was transferred from its intended recipient or is in violation of any of the above stated restrictions.

DISPUTES
