- In order to begin earning Reward Points, customers must become a registered user of theradiance-spa.com by creating an account.
- For every dollar a registered user spends he/she will receive 1 (one) reward point.
- Each Reward Point is equal to $1 (one) dollar. Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash, have no cash value, and have no value outside of the, theradiance-spa.com website.
- Reward Points must be redeemed within 91 days of the earned date. For example, if reward points are earned on January 1, 2010, those points must be used by April 2, 2010 or those reward points will expire. Reward Points that expire cannot become active for use again (no reactivation).
- Reward Points earned on a purchase are available for use on your next purchase on the next business day (see terms and conditions).
- Reward Points earned can be accumulated until the expiration date for use at one time. For example, if you have earned 30 (thirty) Reward Points and they are active (not expired); you can select to use all of the points or partial reward points. Points must be used in increments of 10 (ten) points on your order.
- Reward Points cannot be transferred from one account to another account or to any program not affiliated with the radiance-spa.com website.
- Reward Points may only be redeemed online at theradiance-spa.com.
- Reward Points earned on a purchase can only be used on future purchases, not the same order on which the Reward Points are earned.
- Reward Points are associated to the email address associated with your account and can only be used on a future purchase made online at theradiance-spa.com. Ordering using different email address(s) will not accumulate on the same profile, please use the same email address every time to ensure you receive your reward points.
- Reward Points may NOT be combined with any other offers, coupons or discounts.
- Reward Points may NOT be redeemed more than one time (i.e. once Reward Points have been redeemed, they cannot be used again on another order).
- Orders placed using Reward Points that exceed the total value of the points, the remaining balance before taxes (Illinois only) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be the account owners responsible and can be paid using one of our payment methods.
- In order to view or redeem points you must login into your account.
- If for any reason you return any item(s) for a refund and you were awarded points for the item(s), we will take the amount of rewards earned away from your account.
- You have the right to remove your account from the RS Rewards Program upon request to customercare@theradiance-spa.com.
- Theradiance-spa.com reserves the right to cancel the RS Reward Points program at any time and for any reason without notice.
